Patricia Nava

Patricia is from Mexico City. She’s a business owner, an entrepreneur and a corporate trainer. She started serving the Hispanic community since she was 14 years old as a group leader at her church. She was a missionary and has volunteered her entire life at different organizations, such as her daughter’s school events and her place of worship. She also volunteered for two years as a Radio Host at Radio Centro Multicultural with her own show “The best of you” in Michigan.

She’s married to Luis Nava and has two grown daughters. She is fluent in Spanish and English and is a citizen of Mexico and the US. Because of her bicultural background, she uplifts and celebrates different cultures. She immigrated to the United States 21 years ago with her husband through the automotive industry.

She has more than 10 years of experience supporting and developing Hispanic and non-Hispanic programs. She works with communities and individuals by providing tools they need to improve their work environment, productivity and personal foundations through workshops she coordinates and facilitates with great success.

She’s the Founder and President of Patricia Nava Facilitator LLC. A company that is designed to enhance and improve leadership, teamwork, communication and productivity for corporations.

She’s very excited to keep supporting businesses and communities through MHCC as the Business Development & Communication Director.
