Patricia Nava

Patricia Nava is a business leader, entrepreneur, and corporate trainer with more than 24 years of experience in the United States. Originally from Mexico City, she currently serves as Business Development and Communications Director at the Michigan Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (MHCC).


In this dual role, Patricia leads strategic initiatives that drive partnership development, expand access to critical business resources, and strengthen Michigan’s B2B supply chain. She oversees member onboarding and engagement, ensuring organizations fully leverage their investment, while directing integrated communications strategies that elevate visibility, growth, and impact across all platforms.


Her leadership extends to advancing economic inclusion and fostering high-value connections through curated events and collaborative opportunities that support business growth and community development. She also plays a key role in aligning internal communications and operational efforts to enhance organizational effectiveness.


In parallel, Patricia is the Founder and President of Patricia Nava Facilitator LLC, where she designs and delivers transformational training programs focused on behavioral health, leadership development, life skills, and cultural competency.


Fluent in English and Spanish, she leverages her bilingual expertise to drive engagement, inclusion, and measurable organizational impact.
