GUIA Mentorship Program

Welcome to MHCC’s GUIA Mentorship Program. This mentorship program is a professional development strategy MHCC will use to connect experienced members into developmental relationships with Hispanic students who want to expand their skills, network, and experiences.

The GUIA Mentorship Program is a total of 6 months in which the mentee and mentor meet in person or virtually monthly.

This program started with The University of Michigan in Flint and MHCC to guide and connect Latino students to our members with similar backgrounds, entrepreneurs, and business owners. In that way, the students identify themselves with those professionals and entrepreneurs, have more tools to become successful, and get inspired to keep growing!
