Maria Marín is the President and CEO of Unlimited Recycling, Inc., a leading “One-Stop-Shop” company specializing in waste disposal, recycling, and transportation services for commercial, industrial, and institutional facilities. Founded in 1999, Unlimited Recycling also provides equipment rentals, including compactors, balers, and roll-off dumpsters.

Under Maria’s leadership, the company has successfully served high-profile clients such as the U.S. National Guard, U.S. Army TACOM, McNamara Federal Building, Wayne County Airport Authority, Andron Industries, Walbridge, Magna, Diez Group, and Lear Corporation.

Maria is a graduate of the Stanford Graduate School of Business and the Stanford University Hispanic Entrepreneurship Program. In 2016, she completed the Stanford Latino Entrepreneurs Leadership Program, where she earned first place for Best Video Presentation.

She was also recognized as an EY Entrepreneur of the Year 2023 Finalist for Michigan and Northwest Ohio.

Currently, Maria serves on the Board of Directors and Executive Board of the Michigan Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. She and her company have been widely recognized for their excellence, innovation, and sustainability leadership.
