With over a decade of experience in business development and strategic partnerships, Carlynne plays a pivotal role in expanding Caravan Facilities Management, LLC’s reach while promoting inclusive procurement practices across the U.S. and Canada. 

Her leadership supports the company’s mission to deliver high-quality facilities management services while fostering opportunities for diverse suppliers. Carlynne is a passionate advocate for economic equity and a driving force behind Caravan Facilities Management, LLC’s commitment to community and supplier engagement. Outside of work, Carlynne coaches in her free time and is deeply committed to giving back to her community—continuing to inspire others through mentorship, advocacy, and service.
